It is not the type microneedle I really need so it dod not serve my purpose.
I have a very bad scar on either side by my eyes because the doctor that did the surgery for my bleplasty did not know what he was doing and I decided to go ahead and try to use the Dr Penn microneedling Stamper to try to see if I could fix some of the damage and unbelievably enough it works this is a miracle I will definitely be purchasing more stampers
This is a very simple straightforward tool! It has several settings so that you can decide how little or how deep you would like to address your Skin. I use it and then immediately put on a serum so that it can go into my skin as the pen prepares the skin for a deeper absorption

It took some time for delivery but I almost feel like the needle roller is easier to use as you can cover a larger area faster. The adjustment you can make with the stamp vs the roller is a benefit for some but I already use at max length so no need to adjust.
It’s a nice size- I’ve had other microneedles that were much smaller. This has a nice surface size. And it has different depths for the needle- Easy to use. Highly recommend.
