As a US-based supplier, we guarantee authenticity and provide detailed support before and after your purchase. Every device includes a one-year warranty and hassle-free returns.

How many days do customers have to return a product?

Customers have 60 days after receiving their product to request a return. The product must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals.

Do we accept returns from the USA?

Yes, we accept returns. To be eligible for a return, a customer’s item must be in the same condition that he received it (new only), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. He also needs the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return window extension

Our store is open seven days a week and on holidays, the refund window cannot be extended.

How can customers return our products?

To return an item you only need to take a few simple steps:

  1. Write to us at info@drpen.pro and request a refund.
  2. If your return request is approved, download and print the return label (the return  label will be sent to the email specified in the personal information field of the order, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Check the integrity of the packaging (we only accept unused goods).
  4. Fill out and attach the label to the returned product.
  5. Send the product with a label by mail to the address indicated on the label.
  6. Receive a 100% refund within 14 banking days to the payment method selected at checkout.

How will customers get the return label?

What conditions do we allow for returns?

We allow for returns only on new items. This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@drpen.pro.
